From Concept to Completion: The OEM Process
▷▷STEP 1 Consultation
First, please tell us in detail about the product you would like to create.
By reviewing reference images and material samples together, we will help shape a clear vision of the final product.
We also provide consultation tailored to your needs regarding production volume, packaging methods, and distribution formats.
▽
▷▷STEP 2 Finalization of Design and Specifications
Based on the drawings and concepts provided by the customer, we determine the specifications required for production (materials, shape, color, etc.).
Before proceeding to sample production, we will present a preliminary cost estimate.
Please note that if the creation or adjustment of complex 3D data is required, additional fees may apply.
▽
▷▷STEP 3 Sample Production and Refinement
We first create a prototype that serves as the foundation of the product. After your review and approval, we produce a master mold.
(Please note that costs will be incurred from the creation of the master mold.)
Using this mold, we manufacture samples and, if any revisions are needed, make adjustments with mass production in mind.
Samples are produced in stages, and the process proceeds with your confirmation at each step.
▽
▷▷STEP 4 Production
Once the samples are finalized, we produce molds for mass production. As it is difficult to make changes after the production molds are completed, we ask for thorough confirmation in advance.
For products entering mass production, inspections are conducted with an understanding of the characteristics of ceramics.

▷▷STEP 5 Delivery
We carry out production and delivery in accordance with your desired schedule. We can also accommodate packaging in your designated original boxes and include items such as leaflets.
