高山では、圧力鋳込み機を中心とした成形設備を導入し、
皿・鉢・そば猪口・カップ類など、さまざまな形状の製品に対応しています。

成形後の乾燥工程は、陶磁器製造において品質を左右する重要な工程です。

釉薬工程の前には、はわき（素地洗い）工程を行います。
はわきとは、成形・乾燥後の素地表面に付着した
粉や微細な汚れを洗い落とす工程です。

高山の特長の一つが、加飾技術の幅広さです。

高山では、ロボットアームによる自動釉掛けと、
職人による手作業の釉掛けを、
製品の特性や用途に応じて使い分けています。

高山では、製品の用途・ロット・表現に応じて
複数の焼成窯を使い分ける体制を整えています。

焼成後の製品は、高台摺り工程を行います。
高台摺りとは、器の底面（高台部分）を研磨し、
ザラつきや突起を取り除く仕上げ工程です。

焼成・加飾後の製品は、専用の検品環境にて一つひとつ確認します。
